Chelo and Sibeiho
Want to mix up your lunch routine? Chef Luna Contreras’ pop-up Chelo kicks off a new summer residency at the Singaporean shop and supper club Sibeiho tomorrow. Contreras and Sibeiho co-founder Holly Ong will serve an on-the-go lunch menu with items like burritos, rojo chicken, mapo tofu, fresh seasonal pickles, charred carrots with seasonal greens, pandan tres leches cake, and bun susi (a Eurasian sweet potato bun snack). The menu is available from 12-5 pm this Saturday and will then be available from 12-5 pm, Thursday through Saturday.
