So I have everything except a subwoofer and a sub amp. This will be put into my 2008 GMC Sierra extended cab.

I have about 1.5 cubic feet of space to use. It will be a center console build that will have an L shape to maximize the amount of air space i can get. And I am trying to reuse the shell of the stock center console so that the vehicle retains a stock look. The shell will not be structural strictly visual.

I’m not really wanting to do a ported box due to the odd shape that I have for air space. But definitely open to suggestions.

I’ve seen the JL stealthbox I’ve heard that sub in a local store not a huge fan. And it seems way overpriced.

I do not want to use the under rear seat box.

I’ve seen some some reviews on then Dayton Reference series HO they look pretty good, have decent reviews and are more on my end for need of space saving. I was even thinking running this with a passive radiator but not exactly sure what this would do to my size needed. Does passive radiator size equal two subs sealed?

I’m doing more of an SQ build but I do like to feel the bass in my bones.

I could fit up to a 12″ sub.

I was looking at the US acoustics amp MIKE and I would like to stay in that power range.
