Help with 55Hz suckout

I’ve just installed a different sub in my car to try. It’s a JL 12tw3 in a sealed box I built to recommended volume and ridiculously braced.

I didn’t have a specific spot for it so built a box I could move around. The strange thing is that no matter where it is in the boot (of my wagon), I get this suck out at 55Hz (blue). I’ve tried at the front of the boot, rear of the boot, centre, left, right, side firing, and even on its back firing to the roof. They all have near identical sweeps. Yet if I place it in the passenger footwell or behind the driver seat firing forward, it’s not there (green).

Also my outgoing 10″ sub (also sealed) only dropped 5dB rather than the 25dB here.

Would love some expert insight into what could be the cause!
