I recently bought a new home and only have a few tiled surfaces. The grout in these areas is unsealed so I bought a grout sealer and a roller for the tile floors and am about to start sealing but I need to scrub the grout first. Do you guys think it’s safe to use a Lysol spray with peroxide in it to scrub the grout before sealing? To clarify, by “safe” I mean chemically, not in regards to how it will impact my floor as I already tested the spray and it did fine. But I am worried about causing some weird chemical reaction by putting sealer over it after scrubbing. Should I be safe if I scrub, rinse, and let dry before sealing?
