so this nice lamp (the in the front) just died.
its basically a big transformer in the base that has 2 output levels, 12v 35w and 12v 50w. its dead and doesnt output anything.

i was searching for adapters/transformers in my house and found a 12v 1.25amp DC one (some charger of something). question is.. the lamp 12v’s must be AC right? so this adapter is a no no right? ill post pic of the bulb in next post.

sorry for my english also, not my language. and just in case, here we use 220v in the walls.
