Install a 40lbs TV on a non load bearing wall- when no 2×4 wood studs are available
Ever notice how all TV mounts are designed to be fastened in 2×4 wood studs spaced 16″ apart? I moved into a reinforced concrete building about a year ago and wanted to hook my Television on a Full-swivel mount so that I could my TV depending on where I was in my home. This is how I secured my TV using toggle bolts directly into steel C-Studs:

Now my sister is moving out in a few days into a similar building type and has asked me to set up a TV for her as well… I would appreciate any tips you guys can provide! Especially if you’ve secured heavy objects to drywall or steel framed walls before!
