Hi Everyone- Hoping for advice here. I have a cabin in southern Missouri and am putting a two story addition (4 bedrooms). I paid a contractor to dig and pour the footings and we discussed him pulling the permit to complete the work. The father and I began framing the addition and have all flooring and first floor walls up before we were notified by the association that no permit has been pulled. I submitted my permit request a few days ago but am now worried if the footings and foundation were not up to code. Any advice for this pickle I am in? Thanks!
