Officials commemorate renaming of Two Rivers bridge in honor of the late Pulaski County Judge Buddy Villines
Under a cloud-ridden sky on Monday, staff and elected officials representing Pulaski County, Little Rock and North Little Rock gathered at the foot of the former Two Rivers bridge as County Judge Barry Hyde and Beverly Villines — wife of the late Floyd G. “Buddy” Villines — unveiled a plaque, renaming the more than 1,000-foot-long structure in honor of the former county judge.
