Arkansas joins other states in lawsuit challenging FCC rule change on prisoners’ phone service
Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced Tuesday that he and Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita filed a lawsuit on behalf of more than a dozen states challenging a new Federal Communications Commission’s rule regulating phone service providers in prison.
