Hi everyone. As the title says, I’m trying to learn how to rewire an old IKEA lamp. The problem I have right now is that there is some sort of a black plastic grip that is holding the wire in place. Could someone tell me what this is, and how to remove it? Been looking at a few Youtube vids, but none of the examples shown seem to have this, or mention what this part is called, making Googling a bit tricky.
