• Former Portland Police Sergeant Arrested For Soliciting Prostitution
A recently retired Portland police sergeant was arrested Nov. 15 for soliciting prostitution. The 25-year veteran cop was among 27 people arrested during a human trafficking direct patrol effort. Police have recorded 313 prostitution offenses since 2023.
