Idaho Supreme Court orders County and Teton Creek Resort for additional briefings
The Idaho Supreme Court reheard the case between Teton County and Teton Creek Resort on June 5. A decision was not reached; however, the court found an issue concerning Idaho Code section 55-1527 of the Condominium Property Act:
