Marshalltown Police looking for teenage suspect in weekend homicide
MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA — The Marshalltown Police Department is asking for help locating an 18-year-old man wanted on a warrant for First Degree Murder after a fatal weekend shooting at a bar.
Marshalltown Police were called to Center Street Station at 1:20 am on Saturday on a report of a shooting. Inside the bar, police found 41-year-old Ramon Alexis Feliciano Nieves, 41, suffering from a gunshot wound. Nieves was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
Marshalltown Police are now asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in the shooting, 18-year-old Victor Delgadillo. Police say Delgadillo should be considered armed and dangerous. If you have information about his location, you are asked to call 911 and not approach him.
