Kim Boyce’s whole-grain bakery has a number of specials available for the holiday weekend, including burnt Basque cheesecake, ham and cheese quiche, summer fruit pie, and raspberry rhubarb pie. Pre-orders close at 9 am on Friday and reopen at noon on Sunday.
