I am gobsmacked by what I found out today (and no I am not talking about the Supreme Court decision or the ever growing dumpster fire that this country is). There is a state in the mid-west that JUST BARELY legalized weed and they have a food truck with FRESHLY BAKED EDIBLES!!! Um, why don’t we have that here? We TOTALLY need to have that here! How can Oregon (okay, mostly Portland, but still) call itself the Food Truck capital of the United States and NOT have a freshly baked edibles food truck? Huh? Seriously. I am so jealous. I am also completely unable, in every possible way, of making this happen other than putting it out into the universe and hoping someone makes it happen. Please! I want to hang out by the food truck, get high, and watch the world die…
