Baerlic Brewing
The “stubbornly independent” craft brewery just dropped three new fresh hop beers: Fresh Hop Punk Rock Time IPA (brewed with Chinook hops), Fresh Hop Stay Fresh IPA (brewed with Simcoe hops), and Fresh Hop Pioneer ESB (brewed with Mount Hood hops)—the latter took home the gold at the Oregon Beer Awards.
