Canard
Gabriel Rucker and Andy Fortgang’s smash-hit cafe and wine restaurant Canard is about to hit the suburbs: The spot plans to debut its new Oregon City location on Sunday, July 10, according to a press release. In addition to established favorites like steam burgers, oeufs en mayonnaise, and foie gras dumplings, the outpost will also serve new dishes like ricotta gnocchi with corn, tomatoes, and basil and smoked pork chops with scallion pancakes and nectarine XO sauce.
