A Fish Named Taco
This new fish taco joint opened in Vancouver around mid-October, serving a Baja-inspired menu of tacos stuffed with beer-battered halibut, grilled chipotle shrimp, grilled salmon, skirt steak, birria, adobo pork, and more. Other offerings include quesadillas, queso fundido, various margaritas, aguas frescas, rice and beans, flan, and coconut arroz con leche.
