Asset manager inks 22,000 s/f lease at 1345 Ave. of the Americas
Fisher Brothers announced that Brevan Howard, a leading alternative asset manager, has signed a 10-year lease for 21,768 square feet on the 28th floor at 1345 Avenue of the Americas.
Currently located at 590 Madison Avenue, Brevan Howard will relocate in the first quarter of 2022.

Fisher Brothers recently completed a more than $120 million capital improvement project and renovation of 1345 Avenue of the Americas. New improvements bring a host of tailored experiences for the public to enjoy in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood including WiFi in the public park space, interactive, public art sculptures and a new augmented reality art experience. Building improvements include a new, artfully designed lobby with upgraded elevators and HVAC systems that utilize UV light, and the addition of a new amenity floor with bespoke amenity manager Ease Hospitality.
Ease Hospitality, a new lifestyle and hybrid meeting solution launched by Fisher Brothers to enhance the wellbeing of tenants, offers commercial properties five-star amenities, communal space, onsite wellness services, state of the art technological integration and a sense of community. @Ease1345, the brand’s inaugural physical space within the 1345 building, is now open for tenants. @Ease1345 features a tenant lounge, luxury amenities, including food and beverage, wellness spaces, and more, and meeting areas designed by iconic architectural design firm, Rockwell Group.
JLL’s Dan Posy and Jason Roberts facilitated negotiations on behalf of Brevan Howard. Fisher Brothers was represented by Marc Packman, Clark Briffel and Charles Laginestra along with Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Anthony Dattoma, Benjamin Joseph, and William Iacovelli of CBRE.
