Cignature brokers $23M Union Square sale
Witnick
Real Estate Partners has acquired a five-story Union Square apartment building
for $23.5 million.

Realty announced it brokered the sale of the property at 30 East 14th Street.
Located between Fifth
Avenue and University Place, the building has 16 apartments and 2 retail
stores. The sale of the 20,900 s/f building included 30,725 s/f of air rights

Realty’s Lazer Sternhell and Peter Vanderpool represented both the buyer and the
seller, Dadon
Realty. The sale price equates to $1,124 psf.
Founded
by Isaac Abraham and Rami Ben-Yehuda in 2014, Witnick is a middle-market owner
and operator currently looking to expand its footprint in an around New York and
in out-of-state markets.
