DosAlas Latin Kitchen + Tequila Bar
This new tequila bar and restaurant from restaurateur Jorge Castro of Margarita Factory recently opened on the Vancouver waterfront, serving a Latin American food menu with Mexican and Caribbean influences. Cocktails range from the “Coco Chanel” margarita (Pueblo Viejo Blanco, coconut, raspberry, agave, and fresh lime) to the “Cholopolitan” (pisco, Chambord, cranberry, passionfruit, and fresh lime). The bar also serves frosé and punch bowls for two.
