Chinese logistics giant leases 350,000 s/f NJ warehouse
CBRE has completed a 346,858 s/f industrial lease for JW Fulfillment, Inc., an international logistics and warehouse fulfillment company headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, at the newly constructed 300 Cedar Lane (formerly known as 11 C Court South) in Edison, New Jersey.
The new commitment provides JW Fulfillment with additional regional distribution space in New Jersey.
The
CBRE team of Bill Waxman, Mindy Lissner and Chris Griffith, in conjunction with
Jimo Liu of Realmart Realty, represented JW Fulfillment in its search and negotiated
the lease transaction.
“Imports continue to pour into the United States as beneficial cargo owners try to build inventory and keep up with demand,” said Waxman. “Chinese owned logistics companies are reacting to this phenomenon as retailers and online sellers continue to show strong demand.”
The recently completed 300 Cedar Lane, which sits on a 50-acre lot, is a state-of-the-art distribution facility featuring extensive warehouse space totaling over 699,000 s/f. The facility has 40’ ceilings, LED lights, ESFR sprinklers, 123 loading docks, 161 trailer spots, and 389 car spaces. The property is located 12 miles from Staten Island and an hour’s drive from Philadelphia.
JW Fulfillment Inc. has more than two decades of experience in the international logistics industry. The company focuses on cross-border logistics, FBA prep services and overseas warehouse fulfillment services, working with companies ranging from Under Armour to Kohl’s.
