Police seek driver who crashed into Anaheim motel and injured 2 pedestrians
Two pedestrians were hospitalized after a driver backed into a motel, then fled on Thursday, Nov. 19, authorities said.
At around 4:30 p.m., the car struck the Anaheim Lodge at 837 S. Beach Blvd., causing structural damage, according to Anaheim Police Sgt. Erin Moore. The two victims, who were were standing outside the motel at the time, are expected to survive, but the extent of their injuries was not known.
Detectives are looking for a newer model white Lexus SUV, Moore said. It was not immediately known if the incident was deliberate or an accident, she said.
