Soon as the smoke clears a bit and we aren’t seeing fire refugees everywhere, Portland will get back to burgers, burgers, burgers (if the Brazilian rainforest is torched to provide your beef, does it matter if you don’t smell it?), buying the biggest trucks on the market (no emissions standards because I use it for work!), and flying everywhere you can just so you can Instagram yourself in front of a field of soon-to-be-gone flowers or animals(look, ma, I’m immortalized!). Nice going, fellow citizens. We’re all little Caligulas now and need have no thought for decency, the future, or our children. Live it up! God will bless you for keeping the stock market growing.
