Last night had uo code on dishwasher but didn’t mess with it as I had just worked on our fridge (fridge having ef code). This morning the dishwasher has no power at all, no uo code or anything. Reset the breaker but breaker will not turn on. (Not sure if this is in any way relevant but we had a blackout in our neighborhood late Friday night. Just odd to me having 2 appliances on the fritz.)

I know the uo code refers to the vent being open and probably needs to be replaced, but will this cause the dishwasher to not turn on and the breaker not reset?
