high-pitched noise from vox amp

Hi,
this amp is a Vox AV15, and has one 12AX7 in it.

Whenever i run another amp with it through any type of splitter, it makes this high-pitched noise:

This happens with any other amp, anywhere in my effects chain. it also happens when connecting this Vox amp to an audio interface. it seems to be anything with it’s own power source somewhere in the chain causes this Vox amp to hum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
