I have to regrout my shower as the current grout is falling off in places. I’m also changing the color from an orangey tan to natural grey.

I’m pretty sure my tile floor has the same grout, but it’s hard to tell since it’s so old. Definitely kind of tan but I want it to match. I’m not sure if I should spend the time removing and replacing the grout or if I should get grout paint in the same color.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Tips, tricks, advice?
