So it seems like an easy enough DIY project. I have an older flat roof stucco house in Nee Mexico. I don’t have leaks currently, but I’ve heard the silicone can seal up and add several years to the current roof (asphalt type). Plus it helps reflect the sun and keeps the house cooler. A couple of questions though,

1). Did you apply a primer coat as well or just go straight to the silicone? 2) were there any unforeseen hitches you encountered? It seems mostly simple to apply, like painting. 3) have you noticed any peeling at the edges after a couple of years have gone by?
