alright diy, can I install a grounded outlet myself?

I have a multimeter and can turn off my breaker. Done electronics projects before but nothing with mains voltage. I’m not a dumbass and know to make sure that the electrical box is actually grounded before calling my outlet “grounded”

I only have one grounded outlet in my room and want another to be able to organize some test equipment better.
