Tldr; need to secure a fridge so that a determined pre-teen can’t get in it.

So we have a 9 year old who has an eating disorder. She will wake up in the middle of the night and eat anything with sugar. We have had to stop buying sugar because she will eat it out of the box. No punishments work. She is disagreeable enough that she will take punishments until it starts to get into dicey territory. She is in therapy, but treatment is not helping this aspect of her behavior. We have basically eliminated as much of her binge foods as possible but she is now throwing away healthy food so we will go buy what she wants. Normal child locks don’t work. She tore the adhesive locks off in 10 min. Honestly I’m at the point where I’m considering bolting a chain to the wall studs and then around the fridge. Is there a better way to go about this?
