NFL legend Terry Bradshaw is taking another pass at selling his Oklahoma ranch in the small town of Thackerville. The 744-acre property currently operates as an equestrian and cattle ranch and includes rolling hills, grassy pastures, lakes, and ponds.

Known as the Terry Bradshaw Quarter Horses Ranch, the spread overlooks the Red River with miles of water frontage.

The price is undisclosed, and potential buyers should contact listing agent Bernard Uechtritz of Icon Global for details.

The property was on the market in 2016 for $10.8 million, the most expensive listing in the Sooner State at the time.

Now, it seems the Hall of Famer is motivated to sell.

“I don’t have any time to enjoy the ranch anymore,” he recently told the Dallas Business Journal. “I have way too much going on. It’s a very sentimental thing. It’s hard to sell something you started from scratch, but it’s time to let someone else enjoy it.”

Bradshaw bought the property in 2001 and reportedly invested millions to turn it into a working ranch.

Pups get their own perks, including a stone doghouse with a fenced area.

The equestrian facilities include a four-stall stallion barn, 20-stall show barn with tack room and wash area, 50-stall mare barn, and covered arena.

Along with cow pens and miles of riding trails, the grounds include a storage shop for farm equipment and an office with a kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace.

The ranch is located 70 miles from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, and 125 miles from Oklahoma City.

Now 71, the former quarterback starred for the Pittsburgh Steelers for 14 seasons, winning four Super Bowl championships. Since his playing days ended, he’s been a broadcast sports analyst and popular co-host of “Fox NFL Sunday.”
