Is it worth buying a plot of land with poor soil? I’m looking at 15 acres, but 10 of it is considered “wetlands.” It’s always muddy and wet when you walk on it, and you usually need boots. Would it be doable and worth it to haul in good soil or gravel to fix it? The other 5 acres is better but kind of shit as well. Sorry if this sounds dumb, but I just want some cheap land.
