Deck Ledger Board question

Hey so we drew up a plan where the main ledger board for our deck will be attached just about the whole way on the house, but we also need a overhang from the ledger board of about 3 to 4 feet on one side of the house.

Is this ok to do? Do we need another footing under that 3 to 4 foot space as well?

Total deck is about 16 to 20 by 11 at the deepest point. The extra four feet on that outside edge gives us room opposite the house to have stairs down to the driveway area.

This is roughly what I’m looking at, with that center line being where the ledger board space runs out.

We are drilling 8 separate footings tomorrow in ground with auger, so if I’m doing 9, I may as well know in advance what I need to do.

Thanks for any help!
