Former NBA player Mike Dunleavy Jr. has listed his New York City apartment for $7 million. After accepting an assistant general manager role with the Golden State Warriors, he’s headed west and moving on from his Tribeca digs.

The Duke alum purchased the place in 2011 for $4.5 million, according to news reports at the time.

Built in 2004, the renovated condo in the 33-unit building is located in the Tribeca North Historic district. It has 11-foot-high ceilings, and the casement windows, which reach from almost the floor to the ceiling, flood the loft with light.

With 2,556 square feet of interior space, three bedrooms, and three baths, the apartment also has 800 square feet of exterior space.

The oversize foyer leads to an open living and dining room. The south-facing living space leads out to a huge private terrace, for a serene outdoor escape.

Facing into the living room, the kitchen features all-new appliances and Caesarstone counters. The kitchen also includes a separate pantry, a Sub-Zero wine cooler, and Wolf microwave.

Plus, the “pin-drop quiet” master suite comes with a custom walk-in closet and spalike bathroom. The unit’s other two bedrooms are also en suite.

The move-in ready home was designed by BKSK Architects. Residents of the building enjoy a full-time door attendant, live-in superintendent, fitness center, bicycle storage, children’s playroom, and common garden. The convenient location is close to Hudson River Park, as well as shopping and dining.

Now 39, Dunleavy played in the NBA for 15 years with six teams and averaged over 11 points per game during his career. In 2018, he took a job with the Warriors as a pro scout for the East Coast. This August, the team promoted him to assistant general manager.
