Clarion VZ300 advice

I’ll start by saying I have minimal prior experience with car audio. I can install a head unit, amp, subs, and speakers just fine and can do so clean and professional. However, I am clueless on picking and pairing components, so I’ve come here.

I have a Clarion VZ300 that I have had sitting around. I recently decided to upgrade the factory head unit in my 2007 Dodge 3500 Laramie. In another 3500, I have a Pioneer Double Din that has some features I have come to really appreciate. With the Clarion VZ300, there are MULTITUDES of inputs and outputs on the rear of the unit. I’m looking for advice on how I could manipulate the Clarion to work with either ALL or as many desired features as possible.

The features I am hoping to find help to incorporate are as follows:
The Pioneer interfaces with Pandora when connected to an Iphone, being able to control the Pandora while driving down the road with minimal wires is nice.
Bluetooth audio streaming for non-apple users and media.
Bluetooth hands-free phone calls.

Most importantly, one wire (a USB-Lightening Port) to connect my phone for the various uses, that is easy to tuck in and hide and provides much cleaner sound than just a simple Aux cord.

Are there any components that could be added to the Clarion, even if I’m “tricking” the Clarion to suit my desires? If its not obvious, I am definitely not a fan of wires and aux cords all over the place in my vehicles and I’m hoping to get this done without that hassle. The more stream lined and tucked inside the dash the better.
