Yes, the Los Angeles Times tells us, the “Bay Area’s hottest dance party” is called the Baby Rave, held at the Bay Area Children’s Theater on 39th and Broadway in Oakland. The raves are held once a month for children under 4 years old. Tickets go for $7 and “sell out in minutes.” The Baby Rave started just three years ago, but already commands a loyal audience.
