Clover, Milco SA waiting for tribunal’s decision on merger
Consortium Milco South Africa and JSE-listed food and beverage group Clover have delayed the finalisation of Milco’s takeover of Clover, as the Competition Tribunal has yet to announce its decision on the transaction.
The companies agreed to extend the date for fulfilment or waiver, if applicable, of all the outstanding conditions precedent to the transaction to September 20.
