Just sand down and paint? Or are more drastic measures required?
Trying to rescue my bathroom wall, where the previous owners have skipped a few steps in the finish.
I belive the wall is made up of plaster and finished with glass felt* and painted, but some place have been repaired poorly.
My question is if I can just sand down the lumps, prime what is left and then paint?
*not sure if this is the right word in English, but it’s a type of lining paper made of glass fibers.
Edit: Putty changed to plaster
