Pastry chef Kim Boyce’s whole-grain bakery has an abundance of summer goodness available for pre-order on its Fourth of July weekend menu, including buttery double-crust peach pies, berry pie with buckwheat streusel, rhubarb raspberry hand pies, and more. Pre-order is available through 5 pm on Thursday for pickup from 9 am-1 pm on Saturday or Sunday, but the shop’s holiday menus tend to sell out fast, so place your orders ASAP.
