Birmingham councilman delays vaccine sweepstakes proposal
Birmingham Councilman William Parker of District 4 says he wants to implement a vaccine sweepstakes in Birmingham to help the city reach herd immunity. Parker originally planned to present the idea at Tuesday’s city council meeting but decided to delay his proposal for the time being, citing that he needed more time to prepare.
