I’ve had the idea to use some used mig liners (pic related) to make a bullwhip or something, they are 10-15 feet long tight coiled steel.

Any advice or tips for doing this? Has anyone else tried to do it? Never made a bullwhip before but I’m worried that the liners are too stiff to braid them together, how would I go about taking the stress out of that metal?
