Internal bifold door handle issue?

I’ve installed a bifold door in my utility room downstairs in my kitchen, but it also has a toilet. Not super keen on needing a lock at the moment…but the way I’ve installed it, and…the way it needs to be installed, I can’t actually open or close it easily without a handle.

This is a picture. I need a handle on the outside to help open it (pull the fold towards you) and a handle on the inside to help it close (again, pull the fold towards you I guess). How can I disguise this?

What kind of handles can I install, and how do I avoid a bunch of ugly screwheads being visible (especially in the kitchen side, don’t really care what it looks like in the bathroom.

I can’t have a proper handle or knob because then it won’t fold closed…but even then surely any handle is going to leave screwheads on the other side? Is there a way to avoid this?
