Lenwich continues to spread out across New York

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 3,000 s/f long-term lease of the ground floor and lower level of 1332 Third Avenue for Lenwich by Lenny’s, the fast casual sandwich franchise founded in New York City in 1989 .

Brandon L. Singer, Matthew Ball and Michael Cody represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant, Lenwich by Lennys, was represented by Cory Zelnik and Jason Turner of Zelnik and Company. “We are pleased to continue our work with Lenny and his team on its long-term growth strategy,” Zelnik said.

“We are very excited to welcome a new Lenwich location to the Upper East Side,” said Singer. “This deal proves the vibrancy and long-term strength of the neighborhood as a dense residential area that attracts service-oriented retailers to cater to the community.”

The new sandwich shop location (pictured top) is located near the 77th Street Subway Station with access to the 4 and 6 trains and a few blocks from Central Park.
