Planning to frame in my basement, looking for advice

I’m looking to frame my basement but I wanted to ask a few questions before I start.

My plan is to use pressure treated wood for the board that touches the cement. I am going to get an insulated foam board to place between the foundation and framing. My biggest questions come to securing the wood to the cement floor.

It looks simple, but I imagine so many worst case scenarios. To secure it, I’m looking to use those blue cement screws and I’ll be making a pilot hole. Is that my best bet? Will I need a special drill? I’ve seen hammer drills used, but are they required? I’ve seen a lot of different approaches.

How often should I anchor the wood to the floor? Every 16 inches or so?

I didn’t pour my basement floor, but I can assume it’s probably four inches thick at a minimum. My basement has been dry for the last three years, but is there anything I should do afterward to assure I’m not opening the foundation to letting water in?

I’m relatively handy, but this is the first time I’m doing something like this. I wanted to take some time to research and pick the brains of people with more experience. On youtube, everything typically goes perfect, lol, I like to know the things that can go wrong.
