Battery powered palm driver vs. Framing nailer compressor and palm nailer.
I’m considering a DIY framing job that will involve framing a few dozen studs. I wonder if anyone has any experience with the Milwaukee M12 cordless nailer OR generally forgoing a real framing nailer and completing a whole job with a palm nailer.
Option 1: M12 cordless nailer $150-$200
Option 2: Total: $315 Compressor $150 Framing Nailer $130 Palm Nailer $35
The money isn’t much of an issue if #2 is the better option. On the flip-side, in some cases (other work) it would be very convenient to have a cordless nailer to whip out when a quick need arises.
