I’m working on a project where I need to heat and mix 5 gallons or so of honey at a time. I plan on using a 5 gallon glass jug with a wide mouth to place the honey in. To control the temperature I want to place the jug in a large stainless steel bucket or pot with two inlets/outlets located on the bottom in opposing directions so when water flows through it creates a vortex. I’ll have a pump going into and out of the steel pot and into a reservoir with a heater and temperature controller. I’m wondering if anyone knows of a steel pot or bucket with these inlets/outlets or if I’ll need to get someone to manufacture one for me.

I dont want to use a heating plate as the honey is thick and will result in uneven heating, most likely degrading some of it.
