We are facing some drainage issue where in when we flush the toilet, the water seems to be coming out of the sewer trap located on the outside wall of the house. The mainline outside the house is not cloggged though and is totally empty. We were thinking of clearing up the p-trap of the main line from the inside of the house. However, when I looked at the p-trap, it seems to be sealed with some kind of a sealant. Does anyone know what this sealant is and how to break it open? Here are some pics. Thanks a bunch in advance!
