I have a Kenmore washer-dryer and I need to remove the Dryer drum (from a socket). I’ve seen tutorials online that show them simply lifting up and the ball comes out of the socket. However, these are all on single dryers and not a stacked dryer. Try as I might, I cannot remove the drum from the socket. Is there a better method that I am not doing?
