Model and actress Rachel Hunter’s stylish Los Angeles home has landed back on the market for $3.5 million.

The New Zealand native had originally placed her English Country-style manor on the market in 2016 for $5 million. No buyer emerged, so the Hollywood Hills home was relisted in 2018 for a slightly lower $4.5 million.

Hunter purchased her long-time residence in 2004 for $2,425,000. Even with the price cuts, the former “Dancing With the Stars” contestant will probably waltz away with a profit.

Built in 1931, the updated abode is gated, hedged, and private. With 4,500 square feet, its lovely layout offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Set on a quarter of an acre, the grounds feature a pool and spa. Inside, the oversized living room includes a beamed ceiling, a fireplace, and French doors leading outside.
