Colliers adds Innovation Park tenant

Colliers International Group has secured a long-term lease within the corporate campus located known as Princeton Forrestal Innovation Park located at 777 Scudders Mill Road in Plainsboro, New Jersey.

The new tenant, a subsidiary of specialty chemicals company Croda International, will relocate its U.S. headquarters to 70,000 s/f of office space at one of the property’s Class A buildings for the next 10-plus years.

A Colliers International team led by Charlie Hatfield, Executive Managing Director, New Jersey Life Sciences Practice Leader, along with Associate Director Brett Incollingo and Tom Romano, Managing Director at JLL, represented the landlord, Trawler Capital Management, in the transaction.

The same team previously completed a lease for Genmab at the property, making the international biotechnology company the campus’s first tenant following the relocation of Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Combined, the Croda Inc. and Genmab leases total approximately 160,000 s/f and account for 110,000 s/f of positive net absorption.

Jeff Garibaldi and Jackie Madden of The Garibaldi Group represented Croda Inc.

The 125-acre three building complex was custom-built to the highest standards and has been impeccably managed and maintained following Bristol-Myers Squibb’s departure.

The property consists of three, five-story, 220,000 s/f office buildings that were designed by The Hillier Group.

777 Scudders Mill Road amenities include a bike shop, bike and pedestrian paths, outdoor amphitheater and wellness rooms.
